Ainoaru Spa is a women-only holistic wellness service based in London, offering treatments such as womb massage, hormone-balancing therapies, Yoni steam, and relaxation-based holistic practices. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Our services are exclusively for women aged 18 and over.
By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is completed.

• Ainoaru Spa reserves the right to decline a booking if necessary (e.g., health concerns or inappropriate requests).

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to the full treatment fee.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

If you need to cancel due to illness or an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Payments can be made online at the time of booking or in person on the day of your appointment.

• We accept major payment methods listed on our website.

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be updated without prior notice.

• Ainoaru Spa provides holistic, non-medical wellness treatments.

• Our services do not diagnose, cure, or treat medical conditions.

• If you have health concerns—such as pregnancy, recent surgeries, chronic illness, infections, or severe pain—you must inform your therapist before your appointment.

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it may pose a health risk.

• By booking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and health information.

• Follow all spa guidelines during your visit.

• Respect the professional boundaries of the therapist.
  Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during booking or treatment will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws (GDPR).

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for the period indicated on the voucher.

• Packages must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase.

• Missed or expired sessions cannot be refunded or extended.

Ainoaru Spa may update service offerings, prices, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this website and become effective immediately.

Ainoaru Spa is not responsible for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings.

• Adverse reactions that occur due to undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.

• Misuse of any advice or information received during treatments.

All treatments are voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
